Guided Exercises for Calming and Body Awareness
10 guided mindfulness exercises, sort of like short meditations. Each is only about five minutes long. Great for taking little breaks during the day or for slowly increasing your ability to sense and be in your body. A useful tool for reducing anxiety, pain or other challenges.

Here is a link to SoundCloud where you can find them all for free. If you click on the title of the track, it will take you to a page with a description and more information. (I suggest starting with #1)

I do have a few old-fashioned CDs if you want one of those. Just $5 to cover cost and shipping. Contact me to pay by check or pay by Paypal to stephanie@soundsomatictherapy.com
